Please review the following policy before requesting a return or refund.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your Bōkka Botánika purchase, we will work with you to make it right.
Eligible purchases may be returned for a refund or replacement in accordance with the terms of this policy.
Return Eligibility
Returns must meet all of the following requirements:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The product must have been purchased directly from www.bokkabotanika.com Products purchased through salons, distributors, retailers, or other third-party sellers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
- Products must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:
- an incorrect item shipped by Bōkka Botánika;
- a product damaged during shipment; or
- another error made by Bōkka Botánika.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, as we cannot issue refunds for returns that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges and Replacements
If you received:
- a damaged product,
- a defective product,
- an incorrect item, or
- a product that arrived leaking or broken,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photographs of the product and packaging to help expedite your replacement.
If approved, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Gift cards
- Promotional or complimentary products
- Clearance or final sale items (if designated as final sale)
- Products purchased through third-party retailers or distributors
International Orders
For international purchases:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other import charges are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
